Meatballs & Tilapia Recipe

montefin's Buffalo Chicken Wings, Meatalls, and Tilapia

Serves 4.


  • 8 Chicken Wings - cut apart drumettes, middle sections, and tips. Save tips for stock
  • Canola Oil - enough to deep fry in
  • 1/2 Lb. Ground Beef, rolled into 1" balls
  • 8 Tilapia fillets
  • 1 stick Unsalted Butter
  • Frank's Hot Sauce (Skip their Hot Wings version. Get the original.)
  • Blue Cheese Dressing
  • Celery Sticks

Feel free to , so you can easily return whenever you want to make this.

Heat Canola Oil to 375 degrees F.

Melt Butter in sauce pan, then stir in 1/4 to 1/2 cup Frank's Hot Sauce depending on how hot you want your wings, balls, and Tilapia.

Deep fry Chicken Drummettes and Middle Sections about 8 to 10 minutes for more or less crispiness.

Remove Chicken, drain, swirl in the hot sauce, and plate.

Deep fry Meatballs for 5 minutes.

Remove Meatballs, drain, swirl in the hot sauce, and plate.

Deep fry Tilapia fillets for 5 minutes.

Remove Tilapia fillets, drain, swirl in the hot sauce, and plate.

Serve with bowls of Blue Cheese Dressing and Celery Sticks.

Broil until cheese is rapidly bubbling and the exposed perimeter has darkened. This gives the cheese a crisp bite that makes a great, spicy midnight snack.
